'No Food For Schiavo' - 11th Circuit Court rules

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals denied a request by the parents of Terri Schiavo to have her feeding tube reinserted. A three-judge panel ruled 2-1. The parents "failed to demonstrate a substantial case on the merits of any of their claims," the ruling read. Schiavo’s parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, vowed to file another appeal Wednesday.
