Why I’m Running

Desert Hot Springs is at an important point in its growth. We need to manage that growth responsibly, attract businesses that create good local jobs and provide the goods and services residents want, and encourage new development that contributes to making our community stronger and a better place to live.

I am running for City Council because residents deserve a strong, responsive voice in the decisions that affect their daily lives. A Councilmember should be accessible, listen to residents, help people get answers, and serve as a bridge between the community and City Hall.

I want to bring practical, accountable, community-focused leadership to the Council, with open communication, follow-through, respect for both longtime and newer residents, and a commitment to improving the quality of life in every neighborhood of Desert Hot Springs.
